Duesenberg Star Player TV Mother of Pearl Mosaic Finish - 2002

When I first saw this guitar I was blown away with its looks; the fantastic gold-pearl mosaic top is amazing and a real eye-catcher. Wow; a Ron Wood Signature model! But then I started looking at it thinking, hang on, the headstock is supposed to be the same colour as the body and the serial number is a regular serial number; what’s going on here? After a few emails to and fro to Duesenberg in Germany, with Freddy (who works there; great guy), he worked out that it left the factory as a “Mother of Pearl” finish and perhaps the Ron Wood pickguard may have been sent out at a later date. I’m happy to show these emails to the buyer of this guitar. From looking at their website it appears that none of these mosaic models are offered for sale anymore. If you haven’t played a Duesenberg, well it’s like, you pick them up and they virtually play themselves! All I can say is, this thing is amazing to play and equally amazing to look at. Comes with its original hard shell case.
