Hi Everyone, If you don't know anything about us; we are located in sunny Port Melbourne, Australia, and we offer a great selection of vintage and cool guitars, amps and pedals. We've been around now for just on 24 years. (Est. 1993). We also do expert guitar repairs and guitar lessons, in house.

Returns and Exchanges
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact our customer service department immediately. All returns should be shipped to the return center address below. No COD returns will be accepted.
We will gladly accept returns within 7 days. Please note, we are NOT required by Law to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. We don’t provide a refund on goods that have been on Layby (Layaway).
