About Us

Hi Everyone, If you don't know anything about us; we were located in sunny Port Melbourne, Australia.  We have since closed our bricks and mortar shop to become an Online Store.  We offer a great selection of vintage and cool guitars, amps and pedals. We've been around now for just on 30 years. (Est. 1993). 
Within the pages of this site is the complete listing of stock currently on hand at Guitar Emporium. We update daily, so keep an eye on the site and if there's something that you're looking for, send us an email and we'll see if we can find it for you.

CONDITION RATINGS

MC   Mint Condition:  Mint condition means like new from the factory. No wear at all.

EC   Excellent Condition: A very clean instrument, might have some minor wear, dings, scratches, or finish cracks, but otherwise very close to new condition.

VGC   Very Good Condition: Basically a clean instrument but might have some deeper scratches, pick wear, or missing some finish here and there. Nothing really serious and no cracks, or repairs unless otherwise stated.

GC   Good Condition: Good playing condition with everything functioning, may have one or more repaired cracks or other cosmetic flaws.

FC   Fair Condition and PC = Poor Condition: Both of these will Indicate that the instrument may have some problems, have a rough finish and all problems will usually be described.

Refund Policy

 

Returns and Exchanges
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact our customer service department immediately. All returns should be shipped to the return centre address below. No COD returns will be accepted.

Return Policy:
We will gladly accept returns within 7 days.  Please note, we are NOT required by Law to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. We don’t provide a refund on goods that have been on Lay-by (Layaway).
