I really liked the ‘67 hornet reissues when they came out and I still do! Build quality is real good the neck’s feel great and pickups sound like an old Dano. I particularly love the middle position that’s wired in series; it kicks arse! (Ass if you are reading this in the US or Canada). Trem has been blocked and that makes this one sound as solid as a rock. (Not too hard to un-block.) The three tone sunburst finish has been buffed up as I remember these being a mat finish and, it looks awesome! Don’t know why they didn’t do that at the factory. Oh yes I do, it was cheaper! Pickguard looks amazing too! Overall, this is real cool guitar and it comes with a gig bag.
